Thank you for choosing Nexxow. We aim to keep our billing as transparent as possible. Please review our policy regarding monthly subscriptions and refund eligibility.

1. Subscription & Cancellation

Nexxow operates on a monthly prepaid basis. To keep our system simple:

  • There is no manual cancellation required.
  • If you do not wish to continue your plan, simply do not renew it at the end of your 30-day cycle.
  • Your access to premium features will automatically expire at the end of the paid period unless a new payment is made.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

We offer a full refund to first-time subscribers (e.g., upgrading to the Growth Plan at ₹349). To qualify, you must strictly meet both of the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Window: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Usage Threshold: You must not have exceeded the Free Tier limit of 150 submissions since upgrading. If your account records more than 150 responses, a refund cannot be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Renewals or subsequent months of service.
  • Accounts that have exceeded the 150-submission usage limit.
  • Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued via Razorpay to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
