We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause downtime.
Nexxow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Nexxow if these terms are violated or if misuse is detected.
Nexxow may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
